Quality and environment

THE ARGRAF GROUP has developed and implemented an Environmental Management System that, together with the quality policy that identifies and defines the responsibilities, procedures, processes, resources, etc., ensures that the outcome of our processes, as well as the management of the environmental aspects associated with them, result in safe and legal products that meet the requirements of our customers and the environmental standards we are subject to.

By Customer, it should be understood as the users or recipients of our products and attitudes, both externally and within the ARGRAF GROUP. We must always try to deliver well-done work.

The basic guidelines governing our Quality and Environmental Policy, which guide our actions, are summarized in the principles stated below:

– Customers are the reason for our work. We know their real needs and expectations in order to satisfy them.

– Through effective management, we control and generally reduce our negative environmental impacts, paying special attention to the stipulations in the emergency plan as well as to the consumption of water and energy resources and to the special sensitivity of the environment in which we are located.

– We strive to prevent errors and to effectively control them. Likewise, we commit to preventing environmental pollution in the development of our activities.

– Through proper planning and monitoring, we orient our organization towards the achievement of continuous improvement both in the quality and safety of our products, and in the prevention and reduction of pollution. This planning and monitoring are based on the establishment and review of objectives, continuously fed back.

– To achieve the highest levels of quality, healthiness, and the minimization of negative environmental impacts, a team-working attitude with appropriate and fluid communication channels that guarantee the effectiveness of the EMS is essential.

– Through proper and convenient planning of training, we increase the capacity and skills of our employees in the activities they perform to ensure the satisfaction of our customers’ expectations, product safety, and respect and care for the Environment.

– In addition to our customers’ requirements, we comply in our activities with current legislation, as well as regulations and other requirements that the organization wants to adhere to.
